Third Sector Excellence (TSE), in cooperation with the Daniels Fund, has conducted its own research by meeting with over a hundred of Colorado nonprofit CEOs, philanthropic leaders, and corporate, private and community funders. The goal at each meeting was to take a close look at a day in the life of a nonprofit CEO and identify the recurring challenges they face. As a result, these meetings presented a composite of essential management topics for the program.
Among these essential topics was the desire to arm nonprofit leaders with strategic relationships that would:
Program purpose
Third Sector Excellence (TSE) is committed to introducing a leadership and management program specifically for the nonprofit CEO. The program is designed to complement and enhance existing programs in Colorado.
Participants graduate from the TSE program having 1) Completed a 360° analysis of their personal leadership style 2) Benefited from introductions to thought leaders, other successful practitioners, and potential partners 3) Explored enduring and emerging topics 4) Met regularly with a designated cohort of peers within the larger group.
